Richard Sutton

As an independent broker/consultant, Richard works with a variety of small and large employers and specializes in working with school systems, libraries and other public employers. Richard is a graduate of Ball State University where he majored in Public Relations and Political Science. While at Ball State, Richard was active as President of his Fraternity and President of the Student Center Governing Board. Prior to founding RE Sutton & Associates, LLC in July, 2001, Richard was a partner at the firm of D.B. Englehart & Associates. Before his consultant work, Richard worked ten years at Blue Cross/Blue Shield and The Acordia Companies, where he received numerous awards for new sales and service to existing clients.
Dr. Scott Wyndham
Superintendent @Avon Community School Corporation (ACSC)
Dr. Scott Wyndham is Superintendent of Avon Community School Corporation (ACSC). After serving in Avon for four years as Director of Finance and Operations and Assistant Superintendent, the ACSC Board of School Trustees appointed him Superintendent in July, 2020. Dr. Wyndham leads 1,400 employees in the mission of ensuring equitable educational experiences for Avon’s diverse population of 10,000 students across 12 schools. His role in the district’s successful 2018 referendum—reducing class sizes, improving teacher compensation, and increasing opportunities for students—is among his proudest achievements as an Oriole. In addition to keeping ACSC’s schools safely open for in-person education during the COVID-19 pandemic, he is leading the corporation’s diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Dr. Wyndham earned his Bachelor of Science from Indiana University, his Master of Science from Indiana State University, and his Doctor of Education from Ball State University.
